Stakeholders’ Discussion on budget preparation and addressing issues held on 8th December 2022 at Agrarian Service Centre Hall, Vavuniya. Organized by FOSDOO with the funding of The Asia Foundation.
The workshop is one of the activities under the program “Supporting Women’s Engagement, Participation, and Representation in Political and Civic Action”.
The workshop was organized in view of the need to create a platform for local councils to discuss their budget allocation and issues they face in the process.
A total of 25 local council members, leaders, and staff participated in the workshop and Mr. Roch Stanley Prabhakaran was the resource person for the discussion.
