An awareness Programme on period poverty and SRHR (Sexual and
Reproductive Health & Rights) has been conducted for targetting
students at Aruviththoddam Sivanantha Vidyalayam (Menikefarm) on
10 th July – 2024. Altogether 38 students participated in the programme
and it has been facilitated by Dr.S.Uthayappirunthap.
The programme comes under the project calls “Collective Action
against Period Poverty” (CAAPP) is being funded by Family Planning
Association of Sri Lanka and French embassy.
