Gender mainstreaming
Gender equality will be incorporated at every level in all programs to provide the opportunity and space for women to express their views and opinions and establish women’s rights in the social and economic spheres.
Disaster Risk Reduction
Extending humanitarian assistance at a time of unexpected disaster is the part of FOSDOO’s developmental activities. Fulfilling the needs of the society through these activities and capacitate them for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) are of paramount importance.
Peace building and Reconciliation
Even after a protracted war the communities are deeply divided and living mistrust, suspicion and misunderstanding. Therefore, this theme is used as a cross cutting concept to Peacebuilding and reconciliation through its programs.
