A training on Preparing 03 years Business Plan for 05 revitalized Livestock Co-Operative Societies (LBCSs) was conducted on 22nd, 23rd of August 2024 at Agrarian Service Centre’s Auditorium, Vavuniya.
During this training session, the basic membership of LBCSs, main activities in present and plan for future operations, Business value, competitors, basic resource available, Risk factors in Internal & External, Needed trainings, Assets available vs need are discussed to draw the plan.
The representatives from revitalized LBCSs – Vavuniya, Madukanda, Avusathapitiya, Rasenthirankulam & Kanagarayankulam, Co-Operative Development Officers for respective LBCSs, Staff of FOSDOO participated in the training.
The training comes under the project calls “Supporting the most vulnerable community to attain their Socio-Economic Development by themselves” funded by WE EFFECT.
