As far as FOSDOO is concerned, infrastructure development has been a very important activity. Our infrastructure development activities are being considering the followings :
- Basic need of the people.
- Identification of suitability.
- Following the quality standards.
- The main priorities: Construction of temporary houses, latrines, wells, tube wells, paddy drying floor, Renovation of rural roads.
Though we did undertake a considerable volume of infrastructure development activities in grassroot level, the perception of that need appears to have increase in the current context. However, depending on the project priorities, there have been some changes, but the activity has not completely stalled. At the same time our staff have gained considerable technical knowledge through the experience of engaging in such activities.
